It's the holiday season and around here that means family and great food. Here's our favorite cranberry sauce recipe using fresh cranberries and Lucille's Gourmet Barrel-Aged Honey. Happy Holidays from our family to yours!
Ingredients:
12 oz Fresh Cranberries
1 jar Lucille's Gourmet Barrel-Aged Honey
6 oz Water
1 Tbsp Orange Zest
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Combine honey, water, orange zest and salt in a pot. Heat on medium until honey is incorporated. Add cranberries and heat until they have all popped (about 10 minutes). Reduce heat to low and cook until all cranberries are incorporated (about 25 minutes). Cool to room temperature. Serve warm or prepare ahead of time and refrigerate until needed.
