Lucille's Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Spicy Quick Pickles
Ingredients
Pork tenderloin cut 1/2" thick
Lucille's Dippin' Sauce
Lucille's Spicy Quick Pickles (Recipe is also on the website.)
Directions
If you've got a smoke, smoke your tenderloin steaks up before you cook them.
Grill them to your desired doneness.
Spread a thin layer of Lucille's Dippin' Sauce on each steak.
Top with enough quick pickles to have with every bite.
