I want to start by saying I am not usually a person who uses any honey. I tried this at a bazaar in Tieton, WA. I immediately truly liked it. I now use it daily on my tea or in my coffee and I absolutely love it!! The ginger infused is not as over sweet as most honey is and the ginger gives it a wonderful unique flavor. It is equally good if I am drinking coffee or tea. Now I use it daily and do not want to go without. It replaces my sugar cubes with something that is organic and much healthier for me.
