
Lucille's Quick Chili

Ingredients
2 Tbsp dark chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp onion powder
.5 tsp oregano
.5 tsp red pepper flakes, (optional)
2/3 lb hamburger
14.5 oz diced tomatoes with liquid
15.5 oz canned black beans, rinsed and drained
3 oz Lucille's Dippin' Sauce
2 Tbsp worchestershire
Your favorite hot sauce

Directions
Fry your hamburger in a pan. As it gets cooked, chop it up into tiny pieces.
Place all the dry ingredients into a saucepan and heat on medium until you can start to smell it. Don't let it burn.
I use an immersion blender in the can of diced tomatoes to make the chunks a lot smaller. Be careful not to spin out the liquid.
Stir the tomatoes and liquid into the heated dry ingredients.
Add the beans and hamburger.
Add the honey mustard, and worchestershire sauce.
Add your favorite hot sauce to taste. Season with salt & pepper.
