Ingredients 12 Jumbo Shrimp 2 Tbsp Lucille’s Barrel-Aged Honey 2 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard 1 Tbsp Caribbean jerk seasoning (Recipe Below) 2 Tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp salt Peel and devein shrimp. Place on skewers and grill until done. Make sure to soak your skewers if you’re using bamboo so they don’t burn. Mix all remaining ingredients into a sauce pan and cook over medium heat. Stir constantly. When Shrimp are cooked, brush them with the warm Jerk Sauce and serve. Caribbean Jerk Seasoning Ingredients 1 Tbsp garlic powder 2 - 3 tsp cayenne pepper 2 tsp each of Onion Powder, Dried Thyme, Dried Parsley, Brown Sugar & Salt 1 tsp each of Paprika, Ground Allspice 1/2 tsp each of Black Pepper, Dried Crushed Red Pepper, Ground Nutmeg 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon Mix all ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Use what you need and seal up the rest!
