Winter Mix & Match Bundle: Save Big on Lucille's Gourmet Infused Honey!

The chill is setting in, and there's no better way to warm up your kitchen, cocktails, or charcuterie boards than with Lucille's Gourmet Honey. We're excited to launch our Winter Mix & Match Bundle — the easiest way to stock up on our small-batch, PNW-crafted infused honeys while saving automatically at checkout!

Why bundle? Because one flavor is never enough. Whether you're drizzling Habanero on pizza, finishing BBQ with Barrel-Aged, or stirring Ginger into tea, mixing lets you discover new pairings — and save more the more you grab.

How the Bundle Works

No codes, no hassle — add any combination of our three signature flavors to your cart, and savings apply instantly:

- 2 jars → $25 total

- 3 jars → $35 total

- 4 jars → $45 total

- 5 jars → $55 total

Mix & match freely:

- Habanero Infused Honey – Sweet heat that builds gently (no tongue-numbing burn like some hot honeys — fresh peppers + apple cider vinegar for rounded flavor).

- Barrel-Aged Honey – Smoky, whiskey-vanilla notes from local distillery barrels (perfect for cocktails, BBQ, savory dishes).

- Ginger Infused Honey – Sweet ginger like ginger ale (ideal for tea, salmon, Asian-inspired meals).

All half-pound recyclable jars, raw/local base, small-batch, and made with natural ingredients. Your jar return discount still applies on returns! Just bring them back to us at the farmers markets.

3 Easy Bundle Recipes to Inspire You

Here are three simple ways to use multiple honeys from your bundle — quick, delicious, and perfect for winter.

Charcuterie boards are 100 times better with honey!

1. Spicy-Smoky Charcuterie Board Drizzle (Habanero + Barrel-Aged)

  • Drizzle a mix of Habanero and Barrel-Aged (1:1 ratio) over a board with cheeses (brie, sharp cheddar), cured meats, nuts, and crackers.

  • The gentle heat from Habanero wakes up the palate, while Barrel-Aged adds smoky depth — no overpowering burn, just balanced flavor.

  • Pro tip: Warm the honey slightly for easier drizzling. Serves 4–6 as an appetizer.

The Ginger Barrel is a bourbon based cocktail with honey and lemon.

2. Ginger-Barrel Winter Cocktail (Ginger + Barrel-Aged)

  • In a rocks glass: 2 oz bourbon or whiskey, ½ oz Ginger Infused Honey, ½ oz Barrel-Aged Honey, splash of lemon juice, ice.

  • Stir until honey dissolves, garnish with orange peel or cinnamon stick.

  • Ginger adds sweet warmth (like ginger ale but better), Barrel-Aged brings whiskey-vanilla notes — perfect cozy sipper for holiday gatherings.

  • Makes 1 drink; scale up for a pitcher.

Broiled salmon glazed with a combination of habanero and ginger infused honey from Lucille's Gourmet Honey.

3. Sweet Heat Salmon Glaze (Habanero + Ginger)

  • Mix 2 Tbsp Habanero Honey + 2 Tbsp Ginger Honey + 1 Tbsp soy sauce + 1 tsp grated garlic.

  • Brush on salmon fillets during the last 5 minutes of baking/grilling/broiling (400°F for 12–15 min).

  • The Habanero gives a mild kick, Ginger adds bright sweetness — no taste bud burnout, just flavorful glaze.

  • Serves 2–4 with veggies or rice.

These recipes are just the start — your bundle lets you create your own twists!
