Ginger Infusion!

Lucille's Ginger Infused Honey is finally here. To celebrate, I'm giving you Grandma Lucille's Ginger Snap Cookie recipe. This recipe calls for candied ginger, but I use "Honied Ginger". Start with grated fresh ginger and put it into a sauce pan with a jars worth of Lucille's Ginger Infused Honey. Heat it up to about 100 degrees for about 5 minutes. Then strain the honey back into the jar and set the ginger aside for your cookies.
